Magnara accepts referrals across the seven capital pathways on our portal — SBA-stacked acquisitions, real-estate stacks, SPV structuring, revenue-based facilities, equipment / fleet, personal & business credit, and bridge capital. We expect partners to honor NCNDA discipline and deliver clean, complete files.

What to expect. A senior reviewer responds within 3–5 business days. Approved partners receive a partner-channel agreement covering commission tiers, NCNDA terms, and compliance requirements. Magnara does not pay referral fees on consumer-purpose loans where prohibited by state or federal law (e.g. ECOA / RESPA).
