Privacy & security
Status displays are limited to your reference number, status, timeline, and document count. Sensitive personal information you provided at intake (such as government IDs, bank statements, or any consumer-financial data) is not displayed in this portal. That data is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and accessible only to senior desk personnel through authenticated administrative channels.
Every lookup is rate-limited and recorded in an immutable audit log. If you believe your reference number has been compromised, contact privacy@magnaraglobal.com immediately and we will rotate your file token.
Common questions
I don’t have my reference number.
Your reference number was sent in the confirmation email when you submitted. Check the inbox of the email address you used (and the spam folder, especially for first-time receivers). If you can’t locate it, email info@magnaraglobal.com with your name and the approximate submission date and the desk will look it up.
How often is status updated?
Status updates are made by the senior desk as your file moves through the review process. Most files transition from Submitted to Under Review within 1–3 business days, with a decision within 3–5 business days from initial submission. Engagement timelines vary by scope. Updates appear in the portal within minutes of being recorded by the desk.
I made a mistake on my submission — can I edit it?
Once submitted, intake forms are not editable through the portal for audit-trail reasons. To correct or supplement information, email info@magnaraglobal.com with your reference number and the correction and the desk will update the file directly.

Email privacy@magnaraglobal.com from a verified channel with your reference number, full legal name, and proof of identity. The desk will rotate the email of record on your file after verification.
I’ve been waiting longer than expected.
If your status has not advanced past Submitted within 5 business days, email the desk at info@magnaraglobal.com with your reference number. Some intake categories carry longer review windows; the senior reviewer will give you a candid timeline.
What does each status mean?
Submitted — received and queued for senior-desk review.
Under Review — actively being evaluated for fit, scope, and the most appropriate path.
Approved — the desk has agreed to take the engagement; an engagement letter is being prepared.
Closed (Funded) — engagement completed.
Not a fit — the desk has reviewed and will not be moving forward; specific feedback is sent to the email on file.
Waitlist — held in the intake queue pending capacity.
