Credit Profile Consultation

Credit profile consultation.

A confidential review of your self-reported credit profile in the context of capital goals — entity readiness, business credit lines, term loans, real-estate and acquisition mandates. No fee at intake. No credit report pulled without separate written authorization. Magnara is an advisory firm and is not a credit repair organization.

This consultation is suited for principals, operators, founders, and acquisition sponsors who want a clear, honest read on how their current credit profile interacts with the capital they are working toward — and who want a coordinated path to licensed third-party counterparties when the profile is ready.

What this consultation IS

  • A confidential review of your self-reported credit profile against your capital objectives.
  • A discussion of how third-party lenders typically evaluate credit profiles for term loans, business lines of credit (BLOCs), revenue-based facilities, and asset-backed instruments.
  • Guidance on capital readiness — entity formation, profile alignment, and document preparation for licensed lender conversations.
  • Where appropriate, a coordinated introduction to a licensed third-party professional (FCRA-experienced counsel, nonprofit credit counselor, or licensed credit-repair organization), engaged separately under their own terms.

What this consultation is NOT

  • Not credit repair. Magnara does not perform disputes, contact credit reporting agencies on your behalf, or alter your credit records.
  • Not a guarantee. No promise of score improvement, item removal, lender approval, available credit, pricing, timing, or funding outcomes.
  • Not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Consult independent professionals as needed.
  • Not a hard credit pull. The intake form does not authorize a consumer-report inquiry. Pulls only occur through licensed third parties under the Fair Credit Reporting Act with explicit, separate authorization.

Your rights — required disclosures

Free credit report. You have the right to obtain a free copy of your credit report from each of the three nationwide consumer reporting agencies once every twelve (12) months at AnnualCreditReport.com, the federally authorized source under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Free disputes. You have the right to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information in your credit reports directly with Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion at no cost. Free guidance is published by the U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) at consumerfinance.gov.

No advance fees for credit repair. Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA, 15 U.S.C. §§1679–1679j), no credit repair organization may charge or receive any money for credit-repair services until those services have been fully performed. Magnara does not provide credit-repair services and does not charge fees for them.

You can do it yourself. You may dispute and address credit-report items yourself at no cost. You are not required to use any third-party service. Anything a paid service can lawfully do, you can lawfully do for yourself.

Three-day right to cancel. If you separately engage a credit-repair organization (not Magnara) under a written contract, federal law gives you the right to cancel that contract within three (3) business days without charge.

Equal credit opportunity. Credit decisions made by licensed third-party lenders are subject to the federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) and applicable state law. It is illegal to discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, or because all or part of an applicant's income comes from any public-assistance program.

What to expect. A senior member of the Magnara desk reviews each consultation request and responds within 3–5 business days. Initial conversations are confidential, scope-only, and at no charge. Any subsequent paid advisory engagement is presented in writing with full scope, term, and fee disclosure before any payment is collected.

Common questions

Credit consultation FAQ.

Is Magnara a credit repair organization?

No. Magnara Global is an advisory firm. We are not a credit repair organization as defined by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA, 15 U.S.C. §§1679–1679j). We do not perform disputes, communicate with credit reporting agencies on your behalf, or attempt to alter your credit records. Where appropriate, we may coordinate an introduction to a licensed third-party professional (FCRA-experienced counsel, nonprofit credit counselor, or licensed credit-repair organization) under their own engagement, fees, and disclosures.

Will Magnara pull my credit report?

No. The intake form does not authorize a credit pull. Magnara does not obtain consumer reports without separate, explicit, written authorization, and credit pulls — when applicable to a downstream lender application — are conducted by the licensed third-party lender under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), not by Magnara.

Do you charge fees at intake?

No. There is no fee to submit a consultation request and no fee for the initial conversation. If a paid advisory engagement is later proposed, scope and fees are presented in writing in advance, and Magnara does not charge advance fees for any service that would be classified as credit repair under CROA.

Do you guarantee score improvement, item removal, or loan approval?

No. Magnara does not guarantee any credit-score change, the removal of any item from a credit report, lender approval, available credit, pricing, or funding outcomes. All credit decisions are made independently by licensed third parties under their own underwriting and regulatory frameworks.

What rights do I have under federal law?

You have the right to obtain one free copy of your credit report every twelve (12) months from each of the three nationwide consumer reporting agencies at AnnualCreditReport.com. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit reports directly with Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion at no cost. You can address credit-report issues yourself without engaging any third party. If you separately engage a credit-repair organization (not Magnara), federal law gives you the right to cancel that contract within three (3) business days.

What does the consultation actually cover?

A confidential conversation reviewing your self-reported credit profile in the context of your capital goals — entity readiness, business credit lines, term loans, asset-backed instruments, real-estate or acquisition mandates. We discuss how lenders typically evaluate borrower and entity profiles and, where appropriate, coordinate introductions to licensed third-party lenders or, separately, to licensed credit-repair professionals operating under their own engagements.

What is the difference between credit repair and credit-readiness advisory?

Credit repair (regulated by CROA) means working on a consumer’s credit reports themselves — disputing items, communicating with the bureaus, attempting to alter records. Credit-readiness advisory (what Magnara provides) means reviewing the profile alongside your capital goals, identifying readiness gaps, helping you organize entity and document positioning, and coordinating introductions to licensed counterparties. These are separate activities under separate legal frameworks.

How long until I hear back?

A senior member of the Magnara desk responds within 3–5 business days with next steps or, if the file is not a fit, with a candid note and a referral suggestion.
